So far today, I think I have said this to myself a few times already. Why? I seem to be hanging onto some baggage that I really need to shake off. I am not really interested in discussing what is taking up brain power.
I hope everyone had a Happy Easter. I had an eventful weekend. Friday night was a very special night out with my team. Whenever I am in the company of these two friends, things ALWAYS get a little wild. That night was nothing short of crazy. I loved every minute of it. Unlike the other 2, I actually remember everything about it. LOL!! Saturday was a pretty awesome day. It started out with a pedicure along side my mom and sister. Always a treat to get to spend time with them...altogether. From there I went to visit some past clients that have finally moved into their new home. I wanted to bring them a house warming gift. They are truly some amazing people and I am super thankful to know them and to have worked with them. From there, I went to visit with a girlfriend/bff who is town from Montreal. This is always a treat. Whenever she comes out...so does her sister and brother. I love this. What a cool family. Had a brilliant time there....although a quiet one. Seemed like everyone was exhausted and as such, after only 2 pints and some well deserved laughs, we all went home to sleep. Ha!
Then there was yesterday, my family's Easter celebrations. It was fun. My step bro has a 4 wheeler for himself and one for his son. His son is almost 5 now...his 4 wheeler is perfect for him....and sort of perfect for me. LMAO. I took that thing for a couple good runs and then I brought my nephew on with me. I think I peed myself a little from laughing as hard as I did. Can't wait to see the pictures. I think I ate way too much food. I am still full! LOL
I believe that some people still have today off...good for them! I have a baby shower to plan, an article to write, research to do and of course all of my real estate stuff to look after. Busy day for me!
