First things first...I want to give major Congratulations to my bff who had her first fashion show yesterday. She killed it! She knocked it out of the park. She blew me and everyone else out of the water. She is amazing!!!
Her line; B.E. Shields is going to take over very soon. As I said last night; I would wear the entire line everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. Right now the clothes are a little out of my price range. I asked my bff to make me something just for me. Hopefully she will one day soon! I am so beyond proud of her and I am over the moon with excitement. Sadly, I can not go to her second show tonight. Wish I could!!! Loves to you Darling!!! Congrats again!
Tonight I am going to go and celebrate a dear friend's birthday. There is some extra love for this friend not only because she is amazing and divine, she is the fiance of one of my best friends and last but not least, she is having her party at a Karaoke bar. Oh ya baby!!! I wish I could share with you her rendition of Salt n' Peppa's Shoop...she nailed it last year. Too funny!
Last night, before the show, I went out on my first POF date. It was nice. The guy; charming, kind, handsome, established and successful, a fellow Gemini, a gentleman...worthy of a second date if he wants it. Not too sure of that yet. He is a little bit older and has a son. This is not a problem for me but might be for him. I can't imagine for one second what a man with a child is looking for in a woman? Does he think about how 'this' woman would interact with his child? Is that something that crosses their mind on a first date? I am curious. I am chatting with a couple other dudes. We'll see what happens there. I did stumble on a dude who has totally blown me out of the water in terms of his looks. He is brilliantly gorgeous. It is sort of hard to take. I did tell him as such. LOL! He said the same for me. It is a darn shame that he lives 2.5 hours away. There will be nothing that comes from that. Sadly! I am very aware that I shouldn't focus on some one's looks...but let's not fool ourselves...that is an important factor. In fact, I would say that 70% of the messages that I get come to me with a simple comment about my looks. Nothing is said about the content of my profile...simply what I look like. We all do it! Not sure what is next for me. We'll see!!!
