Tuesday....oh Tuesday. Today is quite atypical actually and because of that...I have good hopes for the day. Let's start off by saying that tonight I am going to go and support one of my bff's who is participating in her first fashion show. I am so so so excited for her and ever so proud. I really can't wait for that.
Today I am going on my first POF date. For those of you who don't know what POF is; it is a dating website called 'Plenty of Fish'. I have been chatting with the dude for a few days now. I know what he does, where he lives, I think I know what he looks like and yet...I don't know his name. You would think I could just come right out and ask but seeing as he knows my name, I am guessing we already exchanged this information and now...not remembering it is relatively embarrassing. I will have to come up with some clever move to get that out in the open.
Last night was interesting not only because I had to work at the bar but it was interesting in terms of the vibe that was hovering around. Maybe it was the weather...I don't know. Just felt odd. Anyways...it was so dead that we closed the doors at 1am. I was home and in bed by 2pm. Not bad. Sort of sucked in that very little money was made but I will say this; I am so tired of getting annoyed with people and there lack of tipping that it rolls off of me in a matter of minutes. In fact; I think I am just about numb to the whole situation which is not good either. Getting another job is a serious consideration...promise! So there I am in bed by 2am. Loved it! I had one of the best sleeps in a long time. Had some pretty spectacular dreams...a few of them. Each one had a different dude in it....lmao! Only one dude I already know...the others were strangers. The guy that I did know happens to be the best friend of an ex boyfriend. Man....I would love to see a dream doctor. Anyone know of any?
