Welcome home!!!

So one of my bffs is home from Montreal. So great to have her home and so so great to see her! Got to spend the evening with her; drinking wine and chatting. Good times. She will be celebrating her 30th birthday this coming Friday and its going to be a a douzy of a party. Super jazzed for that.

Just read that my dear friends who just got married 2 weekends ago have returned from their honeymoon vacation. Happy to hear they made is safely. Can't wait to hear the holiday details and see pictures.

Welcome home team!!!

I have been spending a lot of time thinking about a mini vacation for myself. I ABSOLUTELY need a vacation even if it is only 2 days out of the city. That is all I am asking for. I have been doing some research and found a couple nice places to stay in one of the beach towns that we have on Lake Huron. I have only 2 opportunities to make this happen. I have spoken to Mr. Fabulous about this; he's trying to arrange his schedule so that he can join me. Still waiting to hear back from him on this matter.

Since I have decided that I am going to take this mini trip, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Uggghhhh!!!! Need to see beach, sand, water (swimable water...lol!), need to get far away from the city and phones. I NEED TO TAP OUT!!! Fingers crossed for me folks. I hope my plans materialize into something great.

Doesn't that look friggin amazing? That is where I am going....NO MATTER WHAT!!!! LOL

Until then; its work and some play. Tonight Mr. Fabulous and I are going to do a little shopping. Nothing wrong with some retail therapy. I should tell you I am going shopping for some cooking pots. Good times...lol!!!
