A little bit of this, a little bit of that!

OK.......I feel like I have lots to share...but when I think about it....I really don't! I guess it just might be that I have a lot on my mind but most of it is not material to put on my blog. Hmmmm!!!

Well, my roommate did have her shindig last night. I got to the house at 8:45pm after my workout. I was expecting to see like 4 or 5 people...the people that my roommate mentioned would be there. Well....that was by far not the case. Upon arrival....there were close to 20 people at my house. The door to the house wide open. She had almost her entire family there....plus some of our mutual friends....whom she hadn't mentioned would be there. Now....I know I am leaving next week. I know that none of this really matters anymore. But...I am still me and I am still paying rent there....and I am STILL THERE!!!!!! Because we have one bathroom....I had to take a 2 minute shower. As soon as I got in there...someone was knocking on the door to use it. Of course there are like 5 kids around....so I tried to hustle for them. Couldn't my roommate just wait till I was gone? Really!!!! Not to mention, the complete unease with her family. Granted that sensitivity is truly my own damage. But....I wouldn't expose my family to that turmoil....how could she?

I think that because of how the night played out....I was left with some subconscious issues. I had horrible nightmares. Didn't sleep at all really. I am left feeling unrested, slightly perturbed and there is a hint of uneasiness. Not to worry folks. I have an action packed evening full of events that will take my mind of all of this. Just have to get through the work day!!!

Let's talk about something wonderful....more like fabulous; Mr.Fabulous! Tomorrow night will be his first encounter with someone on my team. He will get to meet one of my bffs. This bff is bunking with a couple and their adopted child. This child is pretty friggin incredible. I have met her twice and I absolutely adore her. Well....she is celebrating her 6th birthday on Sunday....but because I will not be able to attend the soiree....we (the couple, the little one, my bff, Mr. Fabulous and I) are going to go bowling tomorrow night as a pre-celebration of her birthday. I invited Mr. Fabulous because it is about time that he gets a little deeper into the world of Paula. Meeting this bff....LOL....well....if he can make it past her....he can make it across the board. LMAO!!! Should be a ton of fun to say the least!
