Battling.....

Good day folks. I am still struggling with this headache that I got on Sunday. When I woke up this morning...as soon as I opened my eyes...there it was. Ugggghhhhh!!!! Hate headaches. They are sort of debilitating. I did pop some Advil before coming into work and I am now drinking my extra large Country Style coffee that really is the highlight of my day....lol!!!

Yesterday, although under the weather, was incredibly productive. Thank goodness for my angel of a mother. I always need her help making serious decisions...lol! I went shoe shopping. YAY!!! This is how good I am; I walk into the store that I only had eyes for....ALDO! I had already spent much time scoping out the selection on their online catalogue. Walking in...I knew I would be walking out with shoes. I pick 2 pairs off the shelf within 1.5 minutes. Of the 2....I knew exactly which ones I was going to take....but I had to give myself a selection and I had to sell my mom on them. At first she was hesitant...but then I told her to put them on.....and after that.....we were checking out! LOL

Shoes down! Earrings to go! From there we went to a couple jewelry stores...found nothing. We had to go to The Bay to get some booty shorts for the dress...and on the way....my eye caught this black pair of chandelier earrings.....that twinkled in the light. BOOM!!! SOLD!!! LOL

Shoes, earring and booty shorts......CHECK!!! I am totally ready for this wedding. Only 2 things left to do; a) figure out the makeup thing and b) get my hair done the day of.

Totally unrelated topic....I am seeing Mr. Fabulous this evening. Very much looking forward to that. When I was chatting with him yesterday....knowing that I was under the weather...he suggested that we reschedule our plans today for another day to which I replied....NO!!!! LOL I might have a headache...but...being in his presence lifts my spirits, puts a smile on my face, will probably make me forget I have the headache altogether...and finally....I asked him to give me a body rub....LMAO!!! You know....to relax me! He said he would!!!!! What a friggin GEM of a man!!!!

Have you guys noticed that my blogs are getting longer? Yesterday's was a page and a half.....which equates to 500 words or so. Really not relevant....just an observation.
