HOLY MOSES!

So, I had my car detailed today by a friend of a friend. This guy came to where I was taking my class and over the lunch break, he picked up my car and took it away to clean. He came back 3 hours later when class was over and I could see him pull into the drive with a gleaming Rocco (my car's name is Rocco!). OMG!!! I was totally shocked at how amazing my car looks.

Yesterday I blogged about clearing the debris from my car on Sunday. Well....it was all in preparation for this event. Let me say this; this poor guy had close to 5 years worth of build up in there. YUCK! Don't get me wrong, I do clean my car. I think I vacuumed it twice this year. I did a thorough clean last year. It was well over due for a serious job though. Thank you Mr. Car Detailor. You rock!!! It's as if I just took my car from the dealership. So so so clean!!! So so so great!!! YAY!!! Spotless home, spotless car. Now....I only need to do a couple things for myself; hair, nails and waxing and I will be all glamed up to suit the car and home. LMAO!!!!

I got to participate in my first multiple offer presentation last night with my mom. Can we say exciting?! This was probably the best example of a multi offer deal. There were 8 competing offers on the table and my goodness......what a process. I won't get into the details of it....just know this; this house was listed for $819,000 and sold for $1 Million. HOLY SHITBALLS!!! The home owners had a bottle of champagne and the 4 of us; mom, the couple home owners and myself had a drink together. LOVELY! Of course, I do realize that not all deals are this incredible. I am thankful that I was apart of this event. I can only hope that I get to have more of these in the future.

SADLY......I am taking my dad to the airport tonight. BOOO!!!! Going to miss him terribly. On the bright side....I am DEFINITELY going to Argentina in February to visit him. This is my solace!
