Feeling it!

Happy Tuesday! I tell ya...if there is one thing you can count on with me...it is that I can't stay quiet for very long. Yesterday I told you that I had a mellow weekend. Well...last night was anything but mellow. I guess I had some pent up energy that needed to be released. I guess I could have waited for this morning's Zumba class. Instead, I partied my arse off with my buddy Ace. With that said, I missed my workout this morning due to an intense headache that was a result of mass consumption of the following; Jameson, Jack Daniels.....and beer. Good times!

We met at one bar, had a couple beers and shots there. We were also graced with the presence of my B.C. buddy who is in town. From there, my B.C. buddy boogied leaving Ace and I to reap havoc on the strip. It was our plan to bar hop. We left bar #1 and had intended on going to another Irish pub but that plan was squashed as soon as we ran into my bro-in-law who was on his way to another Irish pub. Oh my....I didn't realize how many Irish pubs there are in my hood. Ha!!! Who knew?! So...my bro-in-law was going to play with a band at this bar and naturally I was totally jazzed to watch him play (the drums). Ace and I jumped all over that and before you know it...several beers and shots later...I was up on stage singing with said band...lol! Check it out...

What a treat it is to sing with a live band. LOVED IT!!!!

Ace and I got totally obliterated and as such, had to tap out early. From this bar, we went to the corner store to get some much needed food. That was an adventure all on its own. I have to tell you...we were about 6 blocks, maybe 10 minutes away from my house and Ace insisted on taking a cab. Probably a good idea! LOL We had a feast on arrival and then the 2 of us passed out. What a night!! I will say this; I love my friend Ace. He is hysterical and makes me pee my pants (almost) of laughter. Thank you Ace!!!

As it turns out, Ace & B.C. guy are joining me on another adventure this Friday. I am only slightly worried about what that night will bring me. I will seriously need to hydrate myself and workout everyday in order to feel good about another night of debauchery. Ha! Can't wait!
